12U Hathaway Head Coach
Kyle Hathaway is a Meridian High School graduate and was a 2 year starter at first base. He was selected 1st Team All-Conference his senior year and played Legion ball for Post 86 after graduating. He graduated with a 3.5 GPA from Washington State University in Mechanical Engineering and currently works at PSNS. He has been coaching youth baseball for the last 6 years. Kyle was an assistant coach for the 9U Seawolves team in 2023 and was selected as the 10U Head Coach for the 2024 season.

13U- Kenyon Head Coach
Coach Nick Kenyon is a South Kitsap HS graduate and former NCAA Div 1 player at Washington State University. After lettering in baseball 3 years at SK, breaking the career homerun record at SK, and earning All-State honors after his Senior year, he went on to play at WSU. While at WSU, Coach Kenyon was inserted as a starting pitcher as a freshman. In his senior year, he led the team in appearances. After college, Coach Kenyon returned back to Kitsap County and began teaching in the SK School District, and coaching at SKHS. In 2015, he helped lead South Kitsap HS to a 4A State Championship, the 4th in school history. He graduated from Washington State with a 3.5 GPA in Education. He recently finished his Masters Degree in educational leadership!
13U- Kenyon Asst Coach
Coach Nathaniel Beers, affectionately known as “Beersy” is a South Kitsap High school graduate and former NAIA pitcher at Kansas Wesleyan University. He was a 3 year starter as a pitcher and first basemen while at SKHS. He earned 2nd Team All League his junior year and 1st Team All League his senior year. After high school Beers went onto pitch at Kansas Wesleyan University. In his Junior year, the Coyotes won the Conference Championship, and in his Senior year they won the conference title. He graduated with 3.6 GPA, earning his degree in Health Science. Excited to be back home with friends and family, Coach Beers began working at Kitsap Physical Therapy. He will begin a new adventure this fall, as he works towards his Masters degree in Education at PLU. Eventually, he hopes to return to South Kitsap High School as an educator.

14U- Dickey Head Coach
Coach Steve Dickey is a Howard HS (Baltimore, Md) graduate, former Baltimore Orioles Prospect, and co-founder the West Sound Baseball Club. He was a 3 year Varsity letterman in baseball and after hitting over .400 and leading the state in K’s from the mound his Sr year, was named to the All-State team. After a shoulder injury ended his playing career, he moved out to the PNW. He has been coaching select baseball in the area for about 15yrs, and High School Baseball for 10yrs, South Kitsap HS (2013-2017) , Bremerton HS (2018-2021) and is currently an Asst Coach at Olympic College. He has helped lead teams to 6 State Championship Game appearances and 3 State Championships in that time. Coach Dickey has coached over 70 kids that have gone on to play college and/or professional baseball from D1 to JUCO and everywhere in between.

Coach Tester is a Clinton HS (AR) graduate who graduated with honors in 2004. He was a 3 year varsity starting catcher, was selected All Conference 3 times, and after hitting .649 his Sr year, was selected to the All-State Team. Coach Tester went on to play 1 season at NCAA D2 Arkansas Tech University, before moving to Washington State to be with family and start his career at PSNS.

15U Reese Asst Coach
Coach Reese is a South Kitsap HS graduate and baseball player, who was an 1st Team All League Shortstop. After high school, he went on to play at Big Bend CC in Moses Lake where his stellar play caught the eye of NCAA Div 2 Central Washington University. Coach Reese played SS for CWU and finished his Pre Law degree there. After graduating from CWU, Coach Reese decided to continue his baseball journey as a coach. Coach Reese brings over 20 years of coaching experience to the West Sound Baseball Club! He has coached at the Select level withe the West Hills Vipers, where he won the Seattle Elite League witha 62-11 record, the High School, where he led Bainbridge Island HS to a 55-7 record in 3 years, and the college level, where he coached Olympic College for 5 seasons. Coach Reese owns and operates PNW Exterior Services, a local business, which offers exterior home restoration, and a Digital Marketing Company called REVO-EVO Marketing

15U- Murray Head Coach
Coach Jeff Murray is a Decatur HS grad, where he played baseball. He brings a lot of experience and a wealth of baseball knowledge to our program. He was been coaching baseball since 2004 at every level from Tee Ball to High School. He coached at Auburn Mountainview, Steilacoom, and Foss High School. His coaching philosophies aligns with ours as he focuses on growth, transformational over transactional coaching and building players up, both on and off the field. He owns a graphic design business that he's owned since 2000.

Coach Ryan Olson is a Gig Harbor HS alum and 2 year Varsity Starter Pitcher. After a successful high school career, Coach Olson went on to play at NWAAC School Pierce College. He helped lead the Raiders to 2 straight NWAC Championship Games, and winning the NWAC Championship one of those years! After Pierce, he continued his studies at Washington State University where he majored in English and Communications, graduating with a 3.2GPA. He went on to get his Masters Degree in Teaching from WGU. He has been coaching high school and select baseball for 8 years, 5 years as Head Coach for a local select program where accumulated a 141-75-4 (.641) record. He is currently working as a substitute teacher in the South Kitsap and Peninsula School Districts.
17U Asst Coach
Coach Ridgeway is a graduate of North Thurston High School (Lacey) and a former NCAA Division I pitcher at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. In high school, he was a four-year varsity letterwinner, earning three First Team All-League honors as both a pitcher and outfielder, as well as the title of All-League Most Valuable Pitcher during his senior season with an ERA of 0.89 and 93 strikeouts. His senior year culminated in a selection to the WIAA All-State Games, where he earned the title of series MVP. He was also named to the Rawlings All-Region team (West). Continuing his playing career at the United States Naval Academy, Coach Ridgeway made an immediate impact for the Midshipmen in his freshman year, accumulating 18 strikeouts over 11 innings of work as a high leverage reliever before back-to-back injuries ended his college baseball career. In 2017, he graduated from USNA with a BS in Economics and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. He served five years in various locations across the United States, as well as one tour in the Middle East, ultimately attaining the rank of Captain before his honorable discharge in 2022. Coach Ridgeway and his wife, Bobbi, welcomed their daughter, Avery, in March 2024. They moved back “home” to Washington in the summer of 2024 and are excited to once again be a part of PNW baseball.
18U Head Coach
Coach Shane Hanon co-founder of the West Sound Seawolves Baseball Club is a Peninsula HS graduate and former NCAA D1 player at Marshall University. Coach Hanon hit .341 in his 3 year varsity career at Marshall. He led Marshall in hitting in 2 of his 3 years there, and was 2nd on the team in hitting the other year. While at Marshall, he showed off his versatility by playing OF, 3B,and 1B. He was top 10 in CUSA (Conference USA) batting twice. While at Edmonds CC, he earned 1st Team All NWAC honors, was an ABCA All-American, and won a Gold Glove. While playing for the Bellingham Bells of the WCL (West Coast League), he was an All Star, 1st Team WCL, was named as a WCL Top 30 Player, and won the WCL Batting Title in 2016. With all of his success on the baseball field, Coach Hanon graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.5 GPA in Health Science. He is also the Head Baseball Coach at Olympic College
18U Asst Coach
Coach Matt Bower is a Todd Beamer HS (Federal Way) graduate, former NCAA D1 player at Washington State University, and former minor leaguer. After dominating high school baseball with his upper 80's fastball, and nasty curve, which led him to All league honors his Sr Season, he signed to play at WSU. He played 3 season coming out of the pen for the Cougars. After a soild Sr season, where he compiled a 7-3 record, he was drafted by the Houston Astros. Coach Bower spent 5 seasons playing minor league ball in the Astros and L.A. Angels, before retiring after the 2019 season.
